The core mission was to design an absolute mobile-first application ecosystem—accessible instantly on both native mobile screens and web browsers—and rapidly scale user acquisition within a critical 6-month launch window across the United States. Following this explosive initial proof-of-concept phase, the secondary objective was to engineer the product framework to scale seamlessly for upcoming international rollouts across the United Kingdom and Europe.

I orchestrated the complete end-to-end launch loop, running the cross-platform product design, free-to-paid conversion architecture, and the explosive content growth engine simultaneously:
Mobile-First App & Web UI/UX: Built an intuitive, cross-platform interface inside Figma optimized heavily for mobile-first behavior, while scaling seamlessly to web screens. Engineered a high-contrast dark mode to handle high-stress, low-light nightlife environments, featuring clean swipe gestures for managing live request queues and instant haptic-style visual cues for incoming tips.
Conversion-Driven Web Engineering: Structured the public marketing site and the dynamic, QR-code-triggered audience landing pages. Optimized the mobile-web user journey to load instantly under heavy live-event server strain, allowing distracted crowds to complete digital wallet payments (tips, merch, requests) in just two taps.
Monetization & Premium Feature Strategy: Architected user flows for premium growth tools—such as advanced tip analytics, automated gig-booking pipelines, and custom profile branding.
